Two correctly called alleles (green) indicates no difference between the ONT genotype and SNP array genotype. One correctly called allele (blue) indicates one allele of the ONT genotype is correct and the other is incorrect. If both alleles are incorrect the (i.e., the alternate homozygous has been called) the number of correctly called alleles is zero (red).
