Exclusion criteria: previous history of mental illness, suicidal tendencies, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, anxiety state (HADS Anxiety score more than 7), left ventricular ejection fraction less than 0.45, haemodynamic instability, LDL‐c more than 3.37 mmol/L, allergic to statins or sertraline
Interventions Intervention 1: rosavastatin calcium 20 mg/d
Intervention 2: sertraline 25 to 50 mg/d
