Sensitivity of the RT-LAMP assays in detecting SARS-CoV-2 RNA. SARS-CoV-2 RNA was diluted in water and added to the reactions as template (0-10,000 cp/µL, i.e., 0-100,000 cp/rxn). The TT values were determined by averaging 10-20 independent measurements (n=10-15 for 20-2000 cp/µL; n=20 for 0-5 cp/µL) that came from 3-4 independent master mixes and presented as mean±SD.
