Detection of proinflammatory cytokines in the AdCoV2-immunized BALF BALF from individual mice immunized twice via i.n. route with Ad-LacZ, AdCoV2-S, or AdCoV2-SdTM, or s.c. route with AdCoV2-S, five mice per group, were quantitated for their contents of (A) IFN-γ and (B) IL-1, IL-2 and IL-4, using the reagents and protocols that were described in the Material and Methods.
