Capsaspora cells were transfected with FLAG-tagged vectors for full-length Co-NF-κB, mutant Co-RHD, and mutant Co-Cterm. The cells were stained using anti-FLAG antiserum (left panels) and Hoechst (middle panels), and then merged (right panels).
