Chidamide induces apoptosis in highly sensitive FL DOHH2 and SU-DHL4 cells. (A, B) DOHH2 and (E, F) SU-DHL4 cells were treated with various doses of chidamide for 24 h or 48 h, after which the percentages of apoptotic cells were examined by Annexin V/PI double staining. The levels of apoptotic cells were remarkably increased at the indicated times of exposure to chidamide in (C, D) DOHH2 and (G, H) SU-DHL4 cells. Data are mean ± S.D.
