A representative EDI-OCT B-scan imaging of a 57 years old subject. The choroid boundary is detected vaguely. An EDI-OCT (Optovue, Inc., California, United States) B-scan image shows the choroid–sclera boundary (arrows) with a central wavelength of 850 nm, which made the zero-delay line to the choroid by moving the device closer to the eye, thus improving image resolution and facilitating the identification of the choroid–scleral interface.
