Activation of p38 MAPK is inhibited in the effector phase of arthritis (STIA) by LS diet. Whole splenocyte lysates of STIA (A) and CIA (B) mice were immunoblotted for phospho-p38 MAPK, p38 MAPK, and beta-actin.
