Similar morphology lymph nodes are also seen in the para-aortic and inter-aortocaval locations in axial (C) and coronal (D) images of the abdomen. Note the lifting of the aorta (grey arrow – C) and rightward displacement of the inferior vena cava (black arrow – D) and resultant altered axis of the right kidney.
