Flow cytometric analysis of clone HPPG6 against A. palestinensis (A) and Hartmanella sp. (B). Parasites (1 × 10⁶) were incubated with bacteriophage clone HPPG6 or the irrelevant anti-NIP control (1 × 10¹²) for 1 h at 4°C. Cells were then stained with a polyclonal sheep anti-M13 and fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated donkey anti-sheep IgG (10 μg/ml). Samples were analyzed on a FACSCalibur flow cytometer.
