Colonies grown at 30°C were analyzed as described in Materials and Methods and shown in Table 2. All strains in this table were derived from crosses of isogenic derivatives of EI515 and AM133. Data for rad54Δ are the same as shown in Table 2. Types of events are those listed in Table 2
