The interaction between sGC and F-actin is mainly to branched F-actin in pseudopods, which is absent in LatA and in ΔN-sGC, which both show reduced cGMP levels. (B) cAMP-stimulated cGMP levels. During cAMP stimulation the interaction between sGC and F-actin is mainly to parallel F-actin in the cortex, which is absent in LatA and in ΔN-sGC, which both show increased cGMP levels.
