Cln2 binding was tested in 15Daub strains expressing GRR1 from the ADH1 promoter and CLN2 expressed from the GAL1 promoter. All other data was obtained using W303 strains, except for the pseudohyphal growth assays, which were performed using strains of the Σ1278b background.
