Changes in severity assessment after cream application.

Notes: AD severity score was rated from 0 to 4, including intermediate grades, for a total of nine grades as follows: 0 (absent), 0.5 (slight), 1 (mild), 1.5 (between mild and moderate), 2 (moderate), 2.5 (between moderate and severe), 3 (severe), 3.5 (between severe and very severe), 4 (very severe). There were no significant differences between the two groups (Steel-Dwass test). a: control cream, b: test cream.
