PAK3 promotes the proliferation, migration, and invasion of liver cancer cells. (a) PAK3 overexpression in Huh7 cells transfected with PAK3-pEZ-Lv206 and PAK3 inhibition in Huh7 cells transfected with LV-PAK3 shRNA were confirmed by qRT-PCR. (b) The CCK-8 assay was performed to evaluate the effects of PAK3 on Huh7 cell proliferation. (c and d) The effect of PAK3 on invasion was detected by invasion assay using PAK3 overexpression and knockdown Huh7 cells. (e) Migration assay was performed in the indicated cells.
