Participants	I) The northern half of the centre of Buxtehude, a mix of shopping and residential areas. C) Areas to the south in Buxtehude.
Interventions	I) Measures included road narrowing, speed restrictions and a wide range of traffic restraint measures. C) No area‐wide traffic calming.
Outcomes	Road traffic crash related deaths and injuries. All road traffic crashes. Pedestrian crashes.
