Table 2.

Pathways altered in injured conventional mice. Metabolite features identified by volcano plot analysis as significantly upregulated or downregulated in injured conventional mice compared with conventional naïve were mapped to KEGG metabolic pathways. Pathways are reported with directionality (upregulated or downregulated); the total number of metabolites in the pathway, total number of metabolite features detected in samples in that pathway, total number of significant metabolite features (significant by both FDR-corrected p-value and fold change), and p-value for enrichment. Most significant pathways are reported up until arbitrary p-value cut-off for upregulated (p-value < 0.05) and downregulated pathways (p-value < 0.05). Full enrichment analyses are reported in Supplemental Tables 4 and 5.
