Lactobacillus salivarius interfere with the expression of genes in IPEC-J2 cells. (A) The mRNA expression of GRP78 in untreated and L. salivarius-treated groups was detected by qPCR at different times post-PEDV infection. (B–H) The mRNA expression of seven genes (ITGA1, ITGA5, ITGB5, FAK, PIK3R1, PIK3CA and AKT1) from the FAK/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway was examined in the two groups by qPCR at different times post-infection.
