Mettl3-mediated m6A methylation modification stabilizes and upregulates DUXAP8, which competitively binds to miR-584-5p through a ceRNA mechanism, thereby targeting MAPK1 and activating the MAPK/ERK pathway to regulate the malignant phenotype and chemotherapy resistance of HCC.
