The spectrum was acquired at 298 K and pH 3.6 in 90% H₂O/10% D₂O on a Bruker Avance III 600 MHz spectrometer. The spectrum in red is from synthetic Con-Ins G1 [14], acquired at 298 K and pH 3.5.
