Gene expression profiles of pro-inflammatory cytokine genes after 1 h (IL1A), 3 h (IL6), and 6 h (CXCL8) for dermal fibroblasts scratches treated with wIRA, heating w/o wIRA and UV-B irradiation. Furthermore, differences for growth factor gene expression were evaluated after 6 h and heat shock protein gene transcript levels after 12 h as well as collagen gene transcription after 48 h.
