Thermodynamic parameters of ALR-2 inhibitors determined by ITC. Data for inhibitors 1, 2, 7–8 were previously collected by Rechlin et al. [4]. All measurements were performed in HEPES buffer pH 8.0 and are not corrected for overlaying protonation effects, thus only relative differences should be interpreted. Standard deviations of at least three measurements were averaged and SD’s are displayed as error bars. (a) Analyzed by displacement titrations using 9 as a strong inhibitor. (b) Analyzed by displacement titrations using 7 as a weak inhibitor.
