Direct comparison between pediatric and adult CML CD34+ cells shows that genes involved in the Rho pathway are differentially expressed in pediatric CML. (A) multi-dimensional scaling (MDS) for supervised PCA was completed with DEG between pediatric and adult CML CD34+ cells. DEG defined as FDR of ≤0.05 and absolute log2 fold-change > 1.
