Intracellular transport via TNTs of mobile RalA and LST1 in 5637 cells. 5637 cells were seeded at the concentration of 1 × 10⁴ cells/well on Cell Imaging 24-well Plates. After 24 h, cells were transfected with (A) mCherry-RalA or (B) mCherry-LST1 or (C) pEGFP-RalGPS2; the day after, time-lapse imaging was performed using Operetta CLS™ equipped with 63× immersion objective.
