A hypoechoic lesion (arrow), approximately 5.2 × 5.1 cm in size, is seen in LR-M liver S5, with inhomogeneous hyperenhancement at 23 s in the arterial phase (a), starting to wash out at 65 s in the portal phase (b) and significantly wash out at 144 s in the delayed phase (c).
