CORM-3 increases genes and molecules involved in M2 polarization but decreases iNOS expression. Murine BMCs were treated with CORM-3 on day 5 in the presence of 30 ng/mL M-CSF and incubated for 5 days to induce macrophage differentiation. (A) Representative pictures of cells treated with 0–200 μM CORM-3 (n = 3). (BH) The mRNA expression levels of STAT6, PPARγ, iNOS, Arg-1, Ym1, Fizz1, and IL-10 were determined by qRT-PCR (n = 3).
