Creation of a three-dimensional (3D) computed tomography (CT) model of the humerus. The same procedure as used with magnetic resonance imaging was used. The segmented subchondral bone (SSB) was defined as the lesion whose continuity to the floor was lost in all three planes. The separate SSB model was created manually and is displayed in red for better visualization.
