Effect of FTY720 on the estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer cell line, MCF-7, with or without hormone therapy resistance. Effects of different concentrations of FTY720 on the viability of wildtype MCF-7 cells (MCF-7/S0.5) and tamoxifen-resistant MCF-7 cells (MCF-7/TAMR-1) were assessed using WST-8 assay (A).
