Effect of FTY720 on the estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer cell line, MCF-7, with or without hormone therapy resistance. Effects of different concentrations of FTY720 on the viability of wildtype MCF-7 cells (MCF-7/S0.5) and tamoxifen-resistant MCF-7 cells (MCF-7/TAMR-1) were assessed using WST-8 assay (A). The effect of tamoxifen (TAM), FTY720, and both TAM and FTY720 on MCF-7/S0.5 and MCF-7/TAMR-1 were assessed (B).
