Influence of agrimoniin on succinate dehydrogenase activity. SDH activity in rat liver mitochondria (1 mg protein/mL) was determined by DCPIP reduction in control (A) and in the presence of 50 µM agrimoniin (B). DCPIP reduction was induced by succinate (5 mM) addition and was activated by PMS (100 µM) addition. DCPIP reduction by 50 µM agrimoniin (C) and in the range of concentrations 25–200 µM (D) in buffer medium without mitochondria.
