Influence of agrimoniin on the viability of cancer cells and fibroblasts. Cells of cancer lines HeLa and K562, and rat skin fibroblasts were incubated during 48 h (A) and 72 h (B) with agrimoniin at concentrations from 10−10 to 10−3 M. The viability of cells was assessed by the MTT test and presented in % of reference values. The data given represent the average values from five experiments.
