For protein quantification, proteins are fluorescently labeled (either directly or indirectly) and incubated with an antibody array. (B) In an antigen array, each spot contains one purified protein and each array is incubated with one test sample. For protein quantification, fluorescently labeled secondary antibodies are incubated with an antigen array.
