LY294002 upregulates IRS-2 RNA and protein levels in two breast cancer cell lines. MDA-MB-468 and BT-549 cells were treated with DMSO (control) or LY294002 or were left untreated for 3 h. (A) RNA was collected from treated cells as described previously and subjected to Northern blot analysis.
