Model 1 was fitted by sex, antiretroviral treatment + exposure drug resistance group, CD4+ T cell count, age, transmission risk, education level and employment status, n = 1454; Model 2 includes the same variables of Model 1 using imputation of missing data to improve dataset completeness, n = 1780; and Model 3 includes the variable change in the ART regimen, n = 1445. 1 Age was modelled using splines with 3 nodes, the reference age selected for the results was 30 years old.
