Comparisons of markers in different study groups. The table illustrates that there was a statistically significant difference with p-value < 0.05 between study groups as regards the lnc-PVT1 marker, with a higher fold among the RA group and a lower fold among the OA group. In addition, there was a statistically significant higher miR146a marker fold change with a p-value < 0.05 between both the RA and OA groups and HCs but no difference between the OA and RA groups.
