HSE increases activity and protein levels of Alkaline Phosphatase on Saos-2 cells. Semi-confluent cultures of human osteoblast-like cells (Saos-2) were incubated with HSE 5, 10, or 20 µg/mL for 24 hours. (a) ALP activity was measured by pNPP method.
