HSE increases intra- and extracellular COL1A protein levels on Saos-2 cells. Semi-confluent cultures of human osteoblast-like cells (Saos-2) were incubated with HSE 5, 10, or 20 µg/mL for 24 h. Cell and medium proteins ((a,b), respectively) were analyzed by Western blotting, with antibodies specific to COL1A, β-actin, and Albumin. Data are represented as mean ± SD.
