In vitro leakage rates of OXA liposomal formulations. Liposomes were stored for 48 h at 4°C (A) and at 25°C (B) in 5% dextrose solution. At different time points of 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 h, the free OXA was removed by dialysis and OXA encapsulated in the liposomes were quantified by HPLC. Data are expressed as the mean  ±  SD, n = 3.
