Plasma concentration–time curves of different OXA formulations (n=3). ICR mice were received a single dose of 10.0 mg/kg of free OXA, OXA liposome (L-OXA) or ES-targeted PEGylated OXA liposome (ES-SSL-OXA) via tail vein injection, respectively. Blood was collected at different time points of 5, 10, 15, 30 min and 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36, 48 h. The concentration of OXA in plasma was determined by HPLC method (n = 3, mean ± SD).
