This table shows the mean ± SD and ranges for the radial extents of CST reconstructions with the three different algorithms used (DTI-based tractography, CSD-based tractography, and MLFT). Discrimination is made between left and right hemispheres as well as tumor-affected and unaffected hemispheres. P-values were computed for the comparisons of radial extents derived from the different algorithms (Wilcoxon signed-rank paired tests with significance level α=0.05).
