^βTheoretical melting temperatures were obtained by using an online software program provided by European Molecular Biology Laboratory⁷⁷ (Cambridgeshire, UK) using the nearest-neighbor method “Allawi et al. 1997”, 15 mM MgCl₂, and 89 mM TRIS. Salt correction was included by using the “SantaLucia et al. 1998” option.
