This study used the same timeline and rats from our previous study [13]. While the previous report focused on the impact of diet on brain and behavior, here we subdivided the rats by exposure to predatory odor stress (PS). Furthermore, tissue collected from the previous study was processed and analyzed to determine the impact of diet and stress on oxidative stress and neuroinflammation markers.
