RNAi screen for OtopL genes required for aversion of acid taste. PER assays were performed by touching the proboscis with either 100 mM sucrose alone or sucrose plus the indicated concentrations of HCl (mM) or organic acids (%). The pH values are indicated in each panel. A full extension is scored as 1.0, a partial extension as 0.5, and no extension as 0.
