Effect of puerarin on protein expression of IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-10 in hippocampal tissues and plasma. After drug treatment for consecutive 7 days (one time per day), plasma and hippocampal tissues were obtained. The protein levels of IL-6 (A, B), TNF-α (C, D), and IL-10 (E, F) in hippocampal tissues and plasma were detected by using commercial ELISA kits, respectively. The results of hippocampal tissues were corrected as picogram per milligram protein. Values are expressed as mean ± S.E.M (n = 8). ^## p < 0.01 vs. the normal control group; ^* p < 0.05 and ^** p < 0.01 vs. the HFD/CUMS group.
