PCR confirmation of ASFV L83L, DP96R and I73R gene expression. The gene expression levels of L83L, DP96R and I73R in different tissues were detected by Q-PCR. The RNA expression level of each target was normalized to GAPDH. Error bars show the SD of replicate qPCR experiments. All experiments were independently conducted at least 3 times.
