Effect of geraniin on the C666-1 cell viability. The C666-1 cells treated with 0, 2.5, 5, and 10 µM/mL exhibited the marked reduction in the cell viability. The geraniin treatment also suppressed the C666-1 cell viability with the presence of apoptosis inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK but it did not affected the C666-1 viability with the presence of ROS inhibitor NAC.
