The effect of Ag NPs on the cellular ROS generation (i) Cells were treated with varying concentrations of AgNPs (15 and 30 μg/ml) for 24 hrs. The Fluorescence of DCF measured ROS levels as observed in Fluorescence microscopy. Data are reported as a fold increase in DCF Fluorescence to controls. All the experiments were performed in triplicate and data are expressed as mean § SD of three independent experiments.
