Effect of AgNPs on the mitochondrial potential of the cancer cells. Cells were treated with varying concentrations of AgNPs (15 and 30 μg/ml) for 24 hrs. A decrease in the fluorescence of the rhodamine dye represents cell apoptosis. All the experiments were performed in triplicate.
