The average fold-change protein ratio measurements for GFAPTg;Gfap+/R236H/wild-type mice shown were collected by untargeted proteomics (i.e., μDIA LC-MS/MS). Transcript measurements were taken from previously published RNA-seq data (19). Statistical analysis in both datasets is from a two-tailed t test (∗∗p < 0.01, ∗p < 0.05).
