For visualization purposes, outliers (defined as the 1.5% of cones with the highest coefficient of variation across all animals) are shown in white. The threshold that defines invariant cones can be seen as the white line on the colorbar. No distinct spatial patterns were seen within any animal; however, the cones in 13-LGS 2 had a wider overall range of variation (2.96–69.4%) when compared to the other animals.
