-Multidirectional shoulder instability with a previous failed conservative treatment for at least 6 months -Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome -After multidisciplinary staff decision	-Presence of capsular labral anterior and/or posterior lesion -Major bony defects on the humeral and/or glenoid side -Voluntary component -Major arthritis of the glenohumeral joint
